It’s that time again. It’s fight time, which means it’s staff picks time, time to look at the betting odds and make our predictions for “UFC on Fuel 1: Ellenberger vs Sanchez” tonight, Wednesday, February 15th, in Omaha, Nebraska at the Omaha Civic Auditorium.
In the evenings main event which pits Diego Sanchez up against Jake Ellenberger to see who is still relevant in the welterweight division. Diego who has been absent for the cage since March 2011, almost a complete year off, is looking to come back in and let everyone know the time off wasn’t wasted. Where Jake is coming off a huge victory over Jake Shields back in September 2011 and is currently riding a 5-fight win streak. This is the first time that UFC will be on Fuel TV with a live main-card portion of an event. Definitely looking forward to seeing what this means to the Fuel TV network and the UFC numbers wise.
