Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

How will I receive my ticket?
Your ticket(s) will be waiting for you at the Will Call box at the event. You can pick it up at the event when the doors open. That will vary from promotion-to-promotion. A valid drivers license is required to redeem your ticket(s).

I did not get my ticket(s) emailed to me, what should I do now?
We do not under any circumstance email tickets out. Your name, the one that you registered on the “Attendee Form”, has been sent to the promoter and they will have your ticket waiting for you at the Will Call box the day of the show. REMEMBER to bring a valid ID.

I would like to request a refund, what do I do?
If you would like a refund for the purchase of your tickets you MUST contact the promotion. Once you have purchased the ticket from BluegrassMMA, all of your information and money have been passed on to the promoter. They are now responsible for refunding and/or exchanging your tickets. BluegrassMMA is not liable nor responsible for any refunds.

What should I do if my friend is no longer fighting at the event?
As with all events, cards are subject to change. If you would like a refund for the ticket you will need to contact the promotion. BluegrassMMA is not liable nor responsible for any refunds or exchanges.
