‘The Hillbilly Heartthrob’ Josh Clark to fight for Cage Warriors title

Kentucky native Josh Clark (10-3) will head to Dublin, Ireland for his next fight and it’s for the Cage Warriors Light Heavyweight title.
Clark is a Bellator veteran as well as a cast member on season 19 of The Ultimate Fighter. Josh has won five of his last six fights including an impressive knockout over Brent Knopp last year at Super Fight League in Washington.
Kentucky is where Clark got his start. He has wins at Hardrock MMA as well as the now defunct Bluegrass Brawl. He packed up his life and moved west in hopes of making his fighting dreams come true. A win in Dublin could be what he needs to get some attention at 205 pounds.
His opponent is from Northern Ireland and is undefeated at 3-0 under the Cage Warriors banner. He has won back to back fights including his most recent first round knockout in November.
The winner of this fight will be the first Cage Warriors light heavyweight champion since a fella named Michael Bisping.
Cage Warriors 81 takes place March 4 at 3Arena in Dublin. The event will stream live on UFC Fight Pass.
